Our mediation coordinator will provide you with available dates and any other information you may require. A mediation is not booked with Cooper Mediation unless you have received the date from our mediation coordinator and provided the title of proceedings and the identity of all counsel involved in the matter. Another option is to provide one or more dates mutually convenient to counsel and we will try to accommodate the request if at all possible. Cooper Mediation is happy to travel throughout the province or country to conduct a mediation.
